Refund policy

At Tevebomb Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products, which are beverages and consumables, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary.

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

    • The product was damaged during shipping.
    • You received the wrong item(s).
    • There was a quality issue with the product.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at tevebombnutrition@gmail.com. In your email, please include:

    • Your order number.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Photos of the product(s) in question (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and, if approved, process the refund to your original payment method.

 

Non-Refundable Conditions

We are unable to offer refunds in the following circumstances:

    • Change of mind after the product has been shipped.
    • Incorrect information provided by the customer during the order process.
    • Requests made after the 7-day window.
    • e-Gift cards are not refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
